The shooting star is a glitch in halo BG where it is possible to snipe any 1 in BG no matter where they are without them having a clue and wen u snipe them it looks as if a sniper round fell out of the sky and killed them, its easy to do so if u want any info or need to know how to perform glitches/stunts without all the grenade wong tong fuie jux hit me up....

Ok here goes....this works best with team slayer or jux slayer because once you get up there itz reeeeeeeeeeeeealy hard to get down w/out practice, ok first set the match up so there are ghosts avalible then while in play be sure to pic up as much sniper rifle ammo as possible you really dont need any other form of ammunition and i will tell u y later. Next you should all know about sniper tower if not jux message me or its jux ask because its pretty easy, next, that is ur on sniper tower ( the thumb that sticks out from the cliff) look behind you back twards the rock cliff directly behind the thumb used for cover in sniper tower, holding A ( jux as u did to get into the tower) schimey your way up the rock, if done correctly you should have no trouble getting up the rock, now heres the tricky part, once up the rock keep going...YES if done correctly you will be up and out of the level now but keep straight and pointed upward. after a while going up you will hit an imaginary ending where its like you cant go any further, once at this point stop......let go of the A button and dont move the analog, if done correctly you should "stick" where you are and not fall to you Doom. (This is where it getts tricky but with practice can be very easy)with the left thumb stick rotate the ghost counter clockwise to the left so that the left side of the ghost is pointing down and the right side up.....you should still only be useing the left thumb stick, you know u got it wen your ghost is parralell with the ground. now all you have to do is press X to get out!...if done correctly you should be standing ontop of the ghost...DONT GET OF THE GHOST!! if you get off you will fall to your doom...so use your ghost as a ledge. if done right you will have a clear feild of vison to the whole level and snipe your little heart out. the cool thing about this spot is that if done right you will be so far up that only sniper rifles and rockets can hit you! also u can duck behind your ghost to use it as a barrier to cover enemy sniper fire.....for additional fun go to profile edit and wen it says to enter a name jux press the space key and press done. this way when enemys try to look up and find u your name wont show up on thier screen. once done a few time you will see y i call it the shooting star cuz the most common response u hear is " what the F^#%$@#! a sniper round fell from the sky somehow!.......and no this trick does not take hours to complete once done a few times its like second nature .........BWHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHH!
